What counts as a "generation"?
One generation is one learning artifact created from your content, such as one flashcard set, one quiz, one map, one audio summary, or one breakdown. Failed requests don't count, and your plan's included generations reset each billing period. If you exceed them, additional generations are billed at your plan's per-generation rate, and there's no hard cutoff that interrupts a class.
How does a student's content get in?
Educators provide the source material (a chapter, notes, an article, or a topic), and Know Your Way generates the five formats from it. The widget embeds anywhere you can place a script tag, so the experience lives right inside the pages and portals your students already use.
Will it interfere with our existing website or LMS?
No. The widget renders inside an isolated Shadow DOM, which means it can't inherit or leak styles, and it won't collide with your site's scripts. It's a single tag that drops in cleanly and can be removed just as easily.
How is student data protected?
Know Your Way is multi-tenant with row-level data isolation, JWT-based authentication, and audit-ready logging, hosted on Microsoft Azure with secrets managed in Key Vault. The architecture is designed to support FERPA and COPPA requirements. We're happy to walk your security and procurement teams through it.
